Aléksa Mil is a Web3 enthusiast with extensive experience in governance, operations, project management, and legal aspects. He has a diverse background in tech and fintech startups, particularly in edu-tech, legal-tech, and SaaS.

His Web3 expertise includes designing DAO governance frameworks, conducting governance audits, token design, Web3 strategy development, coordinating multiple projects across various functions, community management, and legal and compliance tasks such as incorporation and drafting operating agreements and contracts.

Aléksa's skill set extends to reviewing and drafting various documents like whitepapers, litepapers, and governance documents, as well as engaging in tokenization of assets like real estate, art, and gaming. Additionally, he is involved in teaching and mentoring initiatives within the Web3 space.

He pursued a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Business and Legal Studies, Laza Vrkatić.
