Alejandro Chavarria

Alejandro Chavarria is a highly skilled HR professional with extensive experience in conflict resolution, talent management, and career development. He holds a degree in Law from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and a Magister en Ciencias del Estado from the Universidad del CEMA. Alejandro's successful track record includes managing as the Director Regional for the Ministerio de Trabajo in Tigre and San Fernando, where he would solve cases without them ever entering the legal process, avoiding costly and time-consuming procedures. Alejandro's exceptional negotiation skills have allowed him to build effective labor relationships while optimizing resources and productivity.
