Alejandra Santorio is an accomplished HR professional with experience spanning across multiple continents. She holds an MBA in Business Administration from Universidad de San Andres and a Master's in Human Resources from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

Before beginning her academic journey, Santorio held various HR positions at top-tier companies such as Korn Ferry International, Oracle, and SAP. Santorio eventually transitioned to her most extensive stretch at The Coca-Cola Company, where she held several leadership positions. There, Santorio served as the Head of External Talent Sourcing Latin America, Talent Acquisition Manager South Latin, and Talent & Development Sr Manager (Interim) South Latin.

Santorio has honed her craft in talent acquisition at some of the most prominent companies, making her a seasoned expert in finding the top talent in a global market.
