Alejandra Av is a passionate individual with a focus on storytelling and international development through technology-based solutions, particularly for developing countries.

She serves as the Founder & CEO of Holaland, a Media Agency specializing in Creative Content Solutions.

In addition to her role at Holaland, Alejandra is a Founding Partner at Cantera Capital, a social impact Venture Capital fund based in Mexico and Israel, with investments in medtech, edtech, and agtech.

She holds the position of President of RGMX Chapter Israel, which is part of the Global Community of Mexican Talent.

Alejandra has expertise in Creative Content Solutions for Broadcasting media, Marketing solutions for startups, Innovation Ecosystem, VC and tech startups, as well as International Development & Cross-cultural consulting.
