Alefiya Master

Alefiya Master is a passionate individual dedicated to enabling students to explore technology and app development as part of their regular classroom experiences.

As the co-founder of Crescerance in 2011, Alefiya embarked on a journey to facilitate better connections between schools and their communities through mobile apps.

Inspired by students' curiosity and interest in app development, Alefiya founded MAD-learn, a program that empowers K-12 students to become creators of technology through a comprehensive app development curriculum.

Alefiya holds a BA in Education and Psychology from Emory University and an AMI Diploma in Montessori Primary Education from the Montessori Institute of Atlanta.

Currently, Alefiya serves as the Founder & CEO of MAD-learn and has previously held roles such as Board Member at Grow Montessori School, Co-Founder & President at Crescerance, and Assistant Director at GAMS, among others.
