Aleen Bayard

Aleen Bayard is a well-respected communication, business development, and client services consultant with over two decades of experience in the industry. She specializes in communication, leadership, and team development as well as people strategy. She is currently the Principal at Aleen Bayard Transformative Consulting and is a faculty member at both Northwestern University and Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. With a deep passion for coaching and facilitating people to optimize their performance, Aleen has completed and led numerous professional development seminars for clients and professional organizations, including Legal Marketing Association, Building Owners & Managers Association, and Commercial Real Estate Executive Women. Her education includes a Master's Degree from Northwestern University, a Master's Degree from Columbia University in the City of New York, and a B.A. from Stanford University. She also studied a Certificate in Leadership & Sustainability Management from The University of Chicago.
