We started working together more than 15 years ago. As soon as we met we realized we shared two big things: life philosophy and the passion for building software products.

Along the way we’ve built several products for different industries, including Banking, Payments, e-Commerce, Marketing, Sales, Customer Care and Crypto.

We’ve worked mainly at startups, where we’ve specialized in validating ideas through MVPs and then building scalable software products for the winners.

-  Analyze, establish and update the objectives and performance indicators of the area, based on the  company's Business Plan and the area priorities

-  Analyze, evaluate and support development backlog prioritization along with the product verticals, based on the area and company objectives
-  Analyze and evaluate the results achieved and propose adjustment plans, to be executed together with the Managers

Alejandro Raiczyk is Product Manager at Technisys, a Miami-based Banking Technology Company offering state-of–the-art omnichannel digital banking solutions. He is responsible for managing the vision, roadmap, target segments and design of the company’s products.

Since he began working at Technisys in 2000, he has held the positions of CMM Product Manager and Global Architect, and has been responsible for the technical and technological architecture of the company’s products. Alejandro is in charge of Technisys’ two key products: Cyberbank Omnichannel and Cyberbank Core. One of his most recent milestones was the release of Cyberbank v2, in December 2014. Alejandro and his team (90+ people) are currently working on Cyberbank v3, an evolution to the omnichannel revolution set off by the previous version. This upcoming release will improve time-to-market, provide end-to-end processes with its own tool set and support wearable devices.

Today, with more than 500 employees operating in 15 countries throughout the Americas, Technisys creates cutting-edge banking technology through its Cyberbank products platform, the only truly comprehensive digital platform completely designed and developed for the 21st Century’s banking.
