Ale planted her roots in Dallas in 2008 after obtaining her International Business degree in her hometown of Guadalajara, Mexico.  She also attended business school through a study abroad program at the University of Richmond in Virginia. Since her first day in Dallas, she has maintained an active role in the local community and has kept her finger on the pulse of new developments and urban planning.
