To keep ClinCapture competitive, the Chief Strategy Officer will monitor technological advances and industry trends, in order to advise the organization's governing body in industry matters. This may include making recommendations on future projects, assessing technological ventures, and evaluating acquisition targets, merger potentials, and strategic partnerships.

The Chief Strategy Officer may serve public relations functions by representing the interests of the company at press conferences, meetings, conventions, shareholder events, and with investors. As such, they may need to travel in order to meet with branches or subsidiaries of the parent company and establish and maintain advantageous contacts in government, academia or industry.

This position is accountable to the board and will act as an advisor to the CEO and the management team on strategic initiatives and market trends.
