Alberto Peralta

Alberto Peralta is an experienced tax and commercial attorney with over 12 years of expertise in the field. He has been instrumental in advising both national and transnational companies on tax-related matters, design and implementation of local and international tax structures, and participated in M&A transactions. Alberto Peralta holds a Master's degree in Asesoría Fiscal de Empresas from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Spain, and has completed the MBA module. He also completed his Licenciatura en Derecho, with an emphasis on Derecho Tributario, from the Universidad de Costa Rica. He is a member of the Colegio de Abogados de Costa Rica and also serves on the committee of Telecomunicaciones and Electricidad of the Cámara de Comercio Británico-Costarricense.
