Albert A. (Allen) Rowe

Albert Rowe is a highly accomplished education professional with extensive experience in instructional systems and management, distributed ledger technology (DLT), and cybersecurity. With over 4,000 hours of accredited course development and instruction, Rowe has become an expert in blockchain and cybersecurity. He holds a Ph.D. in Education with an emphasis in Instructional Technology from Utah State University, along with a Master of Arts in French Language and Literature from the Université Paris Sorbonne (Paris IV), and a BS in Engineering with a major in Humanities from the US Air Force Academy. Rowe has worked in a variety of education and consulting roles throughout his career, including stints as a Professor of French, English, and Language Pedagogy at the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, a Senior Consultant at Baton Lists, and a Blockchain Strategy Consultant at Notitia Healthworks, LLC. Rowe has also held positions as Director of Multimedia Language Learning Center at Metropolitan State University of Denver, Associate Professor and Chair of French at the US Air Force Academy, and Chief of Educational/Advanced Technology at the Defense Language Institute. He is a TEDx speaker, and has contributed his expertise to a variety of online courses and accelerated learning programs. Rowe is particularly proud of his Deep Immersion environment, which allowed learners to absorb a semester of spoken Arabic in just 10 days. Fluent in French, with functional Spanish and intermediate German, Rowe is a true word guy with a love for language and a commitment to excellence in education. His specialties include instructional systems and management, foreign language instruction, and accelerated learning program development.
