Albert Montemuro

Albert Montemuro is an accomplished Product Development Manager with a strong background in mechanical engineering, particularly in the aerospace and defense industry.

Currently situated in Torrance, CA, Albert serves as the Product Development Manager at Epirus, leading a team in designing, constructing, and testing ground-based phased arrays for counter-UAS defense missions.

During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in the growth of Epirus from a small team to over 250 employees, transitioning from prototyping to full-scale production systems.

Before his role at Epirus, Albert worked as a mechanical subsystems lead for hypersonic vehicles at Lockheed Martin Skunk Works in Palmdale, CA.

His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University, where he was the Team Captain for the Formula SAE Racing Team, and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
