Alba's extensive certifications include SAFe 5 Implementing SAFe, SAFe 4 Certified Agilist, ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching and Team Facilitation, Professional Scrum Master, and IBM Design Thinking Practitioner.

Educationally, Alba studied at ENSAAMA - École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Appliqués et des Métiers d'Art and at Strate, Ecole de Design where she specialized in innovative products and design.

Alba has held key roles at notable organizations like IBM, where she served as Managing Consultant in Global Business Services, and previously as a Senior Consultant in Digital Transformation.
