Alastair Halliday

Alastair Halliday, a Syracuse University alumnus, has a dynamic career that spans across various organizations. With extensive experience in product design and user experience consulting, Alastair brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. He is known for his problem-solving abilities and works best when in a team environment.

Before venturing into his impressive career, Alastair studied Sociology, Philosophy, and Photojournalism at Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Photojournalism, and currently sits as the VP of Product Design for Marcus at Goldman Sachs. Prior to assuming his current position, Alastair served as the VP of Product Design for Private Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs.

Alastair's resume is filled with numerous other prestigious positions. He was formerly the head of UX at Better Mortgage, a contributor to the Nightscout Project, a senior user experience consultant at Coherent Path, and a mobile strategy and user experience consultant at Fidelity Investments. Alastair's experience also extends to academic environments, where he served as a senior user experience consultant for the Moby Dick Project at Stanford University's D School.

Further back in his career arc, Alastair was the principal/founder of Slim Kiwi Creative, LLC, conducted print and web design at Sole Kitchen Design, and served as the lead designer at WhippleHill Communications. He also previously made significant contributions to extrio.

Alastair's career demonstrates his passion for design and problem-solving. His comprehensive training and exposure to various industries make him an experienced asset to any company.
