Prior to his tenure at PNM, Alaric held positions at Suncore Photovoltaics as a Senior Applications Engineer and Engineer R&D, conducted PV outdoor testing at Fraunhofer USA - Center for Sustainable Energy Systems, worked as a Mechanical Engineering Aide at Brown and Caldwell, served as a Research Assistant at the University of Washington, contributed as a Water and Sanitation Extension Specialist in the Peace Corps, and gained experience as a Raeder und Reifen Entwicklung at BMW Group.
