Alana Phadke

Alana Phadke is a seasoned commercial lawyer with over 10 years of experience, including working as a Senior Associate in a top-tier law firm and in-house within not-for-profit organizations. She has transitioned into a tech executive role focused on improving access to justice.

Alana played a pivotal role as a volunteer for 6 months in launching the Charlie Teo Foundation and has subsequently served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer there. She has a profound dedication to supporting charities and start-ups in enhancing governance and engaging the community to bring positive changes in cancer treatments and patient care.

Alana's educational background includes a BA in Communication (Journalism) and Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from the University of Technology Sydney. She has also completed the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Graduate Certificate in Legal Practice.

Throughout her career, Alana has held significant roles such as Chief Innovation Officer at MODRON, Legal Counsel at Australian Institute of Company Directors and Racing NSW, and a Senior Associate at Clayton Utz.
