She currently serves as the Communications and Local Missions Coordinator at First Presbyterian Church, where she plays a crucial role in managing communication strategies and coordinating local missions. Prior to this role, she worked as an Administrative Assistant at the same institution. Moreover, Alana has contributed her skills as a Student Life Intern at the University of South Carolina, a College Ministry Intern at First Presbyterian Church of Columbia, SC, and an Administrative/Public Relations Intern at Friends of Refugees.
