He holds a Master of Engineering in IEOR with a focus on Data Analytics and Machine Learning from the prestigious University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, he completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Global Business Studies with a specialization in Global Supply Chain and Logistics Management at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

In his career, Alan has held key roles in renowned organizations. He currently serves as a Product Manager at Palo Alto Networks, a leading cybersecurity company. He has previously co-founded Escape Tech and served as a Product Manager at Tencent. Alan's expertise also extends to strategy consulting, where he worked at Strategy&. Moreover, he has showcased his entrepreneurial skills by founding Outing Travel and co-founding Atelo.
