Alan Seid is a coach, mentor, and communicator who specializes in bridging the inner game with outer strategies. He is the co-convener of the Kalapa, an Empowerment Curriculum for Positive Change Agents, and is currently leading the first online cycle of Kalapa2020. Alan has studied various courses such as Sustainable Development Studies in Costa Rica and Course Completion at Dynamic Facilitation Associates. He has also completed his Bachelor's degree at Denison University. Alan has worked in organizations such as Kalapa, Cascadia Workshops, Center for Nonviolent Communication, New Road Map Foundation, and Outward Bound. In his professional career, Alan focuses on training executives, managers, supervisors, and their teams to transform personal and professional relationships. He also coaches people who have a project or a vision, which they want support from a coach and a mentor. Alan has a keen interest in effective communication skills, and he is a CNVC-certified trainer.
