Alan Niemann

Alan P. Niemann is a veteran in the financial services industry with over 30 years of experience, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Adaptation Financial. He acquired Rockgate Financial through a merger in September 2020, expanding adaptation's reach to over 20 advisors across 5 states, managing client investment assets exceeding $500,000,000 and $4.5 billion in force life insurance.

Alan's career journey began in 1983 with Mutual of New York as a Field Underwriter, progressing to roles such as Sales Manager, Regional Director covering the central U.S., and eventually as the Agency Manager of the OKC MONY office, achieving substantial growth during his tenure.

As a Life and Qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table with numerous Top of the Table Qualifications, Alan has demonstrated his commitment to excellence in the financial industry. He actively engages in community service, being a long-time member of various organizations like the Oklahoma City Men’s Dinner Club, Rotary Club 29, and Leadership Oklahoma City, among others.

Alan's educational background includes studying Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter, Financial Planning and Services at The American College, and earning a Bachelor of Science in Farm and Ranch Management from Oklahoma State University.
