Alan Lan is a highly experienced consultant with over 15 years of experience in research and consulting, primarily in the telecom industry. During his 12 years in telecom, he gained extensive experience in IT planning, capacity construction, and process reconstruction. One of his most notable achievements includes formulating the "Five Stars Model" Systematical and Planning Report for Guangdong Mobile. This report contained specific improvement directions and measures for e-channel operation management, which he successfully implemented nationwide in Phase 3.

Before his consulting career, Lan studied computerized accounting at Inner Mongolia University and later earned his Master's degree in Information Technology Project Management at China Science and Technology Information Intelligence Research Institute.
