Alan Goodyear is a flexible, adaptable, reliable, and results-driven leader with extensive experience working cross-functionally and with international teams.

His educational background includes a TESOL Certificate (Level 5) with Distinction from London Teachers Training College, a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Innovation and Reform from the University of Virginia, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

Alan also studied at Tsinghua University for the Inter-University Program for Chinese Language Study and obtained a B.A in History (East Asia Concentration) with Magna Cum Laude honors from Carleton College.
