Alan Fossey

Alan Fossey is a Chartered Professional with extensive experience in project management focused on achieving strategic business goals. Prior to his current role, he served as a subject matter expert and engineer in incident and problem management within the service management field. His expertise is built on a foundation of industry experience, especially in developing, implementing, and supporting various information systems and solutions.

Alan's academic qualifications include a BSc Honors in Computer Science specializing in Software Engineering with a First-Class degree, and an MSc in Internet Technology & E-Commerce with Distinction, both from the University of Greenwich. He is also a licensed trainer of Kepner-Tregoe Analytic Trouble Shooting (ATS) and Resolve Processes, holds Project Management Foundation & Practitioner certification, is pursuing a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and has an ISEB Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL).
