Alan de Grey BEng

Alan de Grey holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) with Honors in Management of Manufacturing Systems from the University of Central England.

He also completed a Higher National Certificate in Engineering at North East Worcestershire College and an Ordinary National Certificate in Engineering at North East Worcester College after attending Four Dwellings Comprehensive School.

In terms of professional experience, Alan has held various roles including Systems Integration Manager at Néos International, Operations Manager, Production Manager, and Production Manager at Néos Technologies.

He also worked as a Production Manager at MAGNA EXTERIORS (BANBURY) LIMITED, Global Engineering Director, Manufacturing Manager, Production Manager, Quality Manager, Woodshop & Painting Planner at Chinatool.

Furthermore, Alan has experience as a Woodshop Planner at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Quality Engineer at BMW (UK) Manufacturing Ltd, Process Improvement Leader, and Team Leader at MG Rover.

He took a career break and also spent some time finishing his house before resuming his professional journey.
