Alan Chenard, a New England native, is a business professional with a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Having graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Alan has spent several years honing his skills in various roles related to recruitment.

Alan currently serves as the Senior Manager of Talent Attraction for Pega's Partner Ecosystem, where he leads recruitment efforts for Presales and Sales Specialists across different domains like Cloud, Marketing Automation & Decisioning, Sales Automation, and Service in North America.

Previously, Alan held roles such as Lead Talent Attraction Consultant, Team Lead/Manager for Business & Sales Talent Recruitment, and Business & Sales Recruiter at Pegasystems.

His professional journey also includes experiences at Rose International as a Resource Delivery Associate and Recruiter, an internship as a Corporate Recruiter at CNR Search, Inc., and roles as a Market Researcher at Carsay Institute Surveys and a Sales Representative during his time at University Directories.
