Alan Casey

Alan Casey is an experienced Agile Coach and Software Development Leader with a strong background in project management and IT consulting.

Alan holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Northern Illinois University - College of Business, and a BME in Liberal Arts, Music Education from Northwestern University.

Currently, Alan serves as an Agile Coach at Ford Credit, leveraging his expertise in guiding teams through Agile methodologies to improve software development processes.

Prior to his current role, Alan held key positions such as IT PMO Project Manager at Ford Motor Credit Company, Senior Project Manager at TEKsystems, and various senior IT management roles at companies like Perrigo, The Epitec Group, Consumers Energy, Dewpoint, Manifest Solutions, and Nationwide Services Company.

Alan also has experience working as a Specialist Lead in IT Project Management at Deloitte Consulting, Director of IT Project Management at MAXIMUS, and an IT Project Manager at American Management Systems.

With a diverse professional background in project management, IT consulting, and Agile coaching, Alan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to any organization he is a part of.
