Alan Bourassa is a seasoned business and IT professional with an impressive background in product and systems development life cycles, data center cloud computing, strategic planning, project management, and reengineering of large-scale enterprise applications. With extensive experience implementing enterprise application suites and systems software for various industries with global infrastructure environments, his comprehensive knowledge includes private, public, and hybrid cloud computing in geographically redundant data centers. His skills extend to e-commerce, cloud computing, infrastructure technologies, retail, transportation, data warehousing, big data, financial services, systems security, and disaster recovery, to name a few. He's also experienced in customer relations management, personalization, enterprise resource planning, insurance, risk management, accounting, hospital and healthcare, pharmaceuticals, publishing, audit assurance, logistics, policy issuance, time and attendance, and many more.

Alan has plenty of experience and expertise in delivering overall systems operational efficiency using quantitative software engineering techniques and operations analysis practices. He's currently implementing OpenStack Cloud for a large Fortune 250 company.
