Alain Robillard-Bastien

Alain Robillard-Bastien is the Founder and Associate at Ergoweb Canada, with 26 years of experience in user experience. He has led expert teams in Montreal, Quebec, Vancouver, and Toronto and provided ergonomics training at CRIM for over 15 years. Alain has also taught courses at the University of Sherbrooke and wrote the preface for the book 'Méthodes de design UX.'

He is a volunteer Secretary-Treasurer at TLMUX, the Director of Volunteers and a board member at UXPA International. Alain actively participates in event organization. His clientele includes prominent names like Amazon.com, Cirque du Soleil, Facebook, Bell Canada, and many others, working on various UX projects internationally and locally.

Alain Robillard-Bastien holds a Master of Science in Communication Studies from the Université de Montréal and a DEC in Communications from Collège Jean de Brébeuf. He has studied UX and leadership workshops to enhance his skills.
