Alain Martel

Alain Martel is a professional with a diverse background in financial markets and corporate governance. With extensive experience in various management and marketing roles at institutions like MATIF and Euronext, he has a solid foundation in the financial sector.

From 2008 to 2016, Alain served as the General Secretary of IFA, actively contributing to the advancement of corporate governance principles in France. He has been involved in developing good governance practices for a wide range of organizations, including listed companies, family businesses, and public institutions. Alain's expertise also extends to the areas of financial communication and company governance.

During his tenure at IFA, Alain focused on training and professional development, creating programs to enhance the skills of non-executive directors and implementing certification programs in partnership with institutions like Sciences Po Paris.
