He studied management in Central and Eastern Europe as well as finance at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Aladár has worked at prominent companies like BlackRock and Novartis in M&A, Business Development, and Innovation.

Aladár embarked on his entrepreneurial journey by joining ALLINDEX and co-founding Mindset Technologies. He is currently scaling up two Swiss companies in the fields of FinTech, WealthTech, AI, NeuroTech, DeepTech, VR, and AR.
