Alaa holds a diverse educational background, including a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University, where he achieved a GPA of 3.55. Additionally, he has studied Professional Development Programs in Strategic Leadership at Harvard Extension School. Alaa's academic journey also includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Diploma in Instrumentation and Control Engineering Technology.

Throughout his career, Alaa AlAbdrabbuh has held various key roles in renowned organizations, including Kemya and SABIC. His positions ranged from Commodities Operation and Costing Manager to Maintenance Excellence Manager and Instrumentation Engineer. He has been actively involved in initiatives like the SABIC Young Leaders Council (SYLC) and the RWU MEPI Student Leaders Alumni Program at Roger Williams University.
