Andrew Tallent

Meet Al Tallent, a business management graduate from the University of Tennessee. Al has honed his skills in various areas of operation management, including materials planning, manufacturing, information analysis, warehousing, and distribution. With his broad understanding of culture and performance expectations, Al has worked with top companies such as WestRock, Southern Champion Tray, and Covenant Transport.

Al's exceptional work experience has instilled in him an aptitude for identifying ways to improve overall performance and work with his teammates to meet set expectations. Throughout his career, Al has shown to be a fast learner, creative thinker, dependable team player, and an analytical problem-solver.

Al currently works as a Warehouse Project Coordinator at WestRock Company, bringing his expertise and knowledge to lead the industry. Previously, he worked as a supervisor and in various roles, including custom printing/shipping, customer service representative intern, among others.

In the past, Al worked as a football media relations intern at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and as an office assistant, aerator operator, and web cutter helper at Southern Champion Tray. Al's interest in organizations where everyone works together to improve and be the industry leader makes him a valuable asset to any team.
