Al Comeaux

Al Comeaux is a global authority on change with extensive experience in leading and researching organizational transformations across various industries and countries. He has held senior leadership positions overseeing significant strategic changes, including IPOs, takeovers, digital transformations, and layoffs.

After leading an unsuccessful change effort in the late 90s, Al embarked on a 20-year journey to understand the success factors of organizational change. He has developed Primed for Change, a project aimed at preparing leaders to navigate through change effectively, utilizing his storytelling skills and research insights.

In 2020, Al published his debut book, 'Change (the) Management: Why We as Leaders Must Change for the Change to Last,' offering practical insights and stories from his extensive experience as a change champion and senior executive. Outside of work, Al is deeply involved in his family, faith, and community in Ft. Worth, TX.
