Akshay Tiku

Akshay Tiku is a highly experienced cybersecurity professional with more than a decade of experience in Enterprise IT, Risk Management, Compliance, and Security fields. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), ISO 27001:2013, ISO20000:2011, and ISO 22301:2012 Implementer, DSCI Certified Lead Privacy Assessor with a background in Network Technology, Network Security, and Information Security. Akshay is currently the Director of Cybersecurity for the Africa-India-Middle East region at EY, where he leads a cybersecurity team to help organizations manage their risks, navigate regulatory requirements, and improve their overall cybersecurity posture. His expertise includes Project Risk Management, Information Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery, Attack and Penetration Testing, Operating System, and Database Security, Network Security, and more. Akshay has worked with clients across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and the Indian sub-continent. Akshay holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Symbiosis International University, a Bachelor of Information Technology degree from Delhi University, and completed his schooling at Mount St. Mary's.<br><br>
