Akshay Madan

Akshay Madan is a seasoned finance professional with nearly ten years of experience in various finance domains such as Venture Capital, Startup Fund Raising, Strategy, Fixed Income, Accounting, Taxation, Wealth Management, Investment Consulting, and Analysis.

He is the Co-founder of IoT-based startup 'Wisole Technology Co. Pvt Ltd.' headquartered in Hong Kong. He successfully secured pre-seed funding of US$30,000 from HKSEC 2018-19, a competition organized by the Government of HKSAR, where his company emerged as runners-up among 160 participants from across Asia.

Akshay Madan is an alumnus of esteemed institutions like the Chinese University of Hong Kong, University of Delhi, and Modern School Barakhamba Road, New Delhi.

His educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services from CUHK Business School, a B.Com (H) in Business Administration and Management from Delhi University, and schooling from Modern School, Barakhamba Road.

Throughout his career journey, Akshay has held notable positions such as Senior Manager at StrideOne, Associate Vice President at Loan Frame, Associate - Investment Banking at A&W Capital, Strategy Manager at Sinbex Ventures, MBA Consultant at Eastfort Asset Management, Investment Manager at Meri Punji IMF (P) Ltd., Finance and Accounting Manager at LEH LEH SPORTS, and Audit and Taxation Assistant at Uberoi Sood & Kapoor Chartered Accountants.

He is enthusiastic about advancing his expertise in Finance, Investments, Global Markets, M&A, Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Distressed Investments.
