Akshay Kapur

Akshay Kapur is an accomplished leadership coach with over 7 years of experience in organizational psychology, behavioral economics, and mindfulness. With a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Development and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health Administration from Cornell University, as well as a Master of Arts (MA) in Economics from the University at Buffalo, Kapur brings a unique blend of expertise to his coaching practice.

In his current position as a Leadership Coach at Automattic, Kapur helps clients navigate change and the stress and anxiety that comes with it, by creating a different mindset that allows them to be fully present and communicate authentically. Prior to this role, he served as a Senior Strategist at UPMC Health Plan, an Executive Coach at Consensus Reality (AkshayKapur.net), and played a pivotal role as Chief Strategy Officer & Cofounder at Medical Avatar, as well as a Business Consultant at Weill Cornell Medical College.
