He holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Industrial Design Engineering at Tu Delft, along with studies in Management and Engineering from Politecnico Di Milano.

He is the Co-Founder, Coach & Trainer at Kimitisik, where he focuses on empowering individuals to innovate and create a meaningful impact.

Ákos also brings significant experience as a Startup Coach & Trainer from his time at Eindhoven University of Technology, EIT - European Institute of Innovation and Technology, TU Delft, Tilburg University, and ELTE University Budapest.

In addition, he has a rich history of founding and managing ventures such as Steeep, Innovation Booster, and Independencz, where he specialized in operations, supply chain solutions, and empowering entrepreneurial potential.

His professional journey includes positions like Regional Manager Asia, Supply Chain Manager, Production Manager, Project Engineer, and Project Assistant at companies like EXIN, Numico, and Nutricia Indonesia.
