Akki Zhao is a fashion entrepreneur and designer with a strong passion for art and design, known for merging Eastern and Western cultures in luxury fashion under the brand AKKI®.

Akki is a Fashion Institute of Technology Alumni, graduating from the #1 fashion school in the world in 2019. Their designs have been featured alongside top brands like Moncler, Ralph Lauren, and Alice & Olivia.

As the founder of AKKI®, Akki debuted at New York Fashion Week F/W24 with 'Lucid Jade' in February 2024, receiving recognition from publications like Harper's Bazaar, Forbes, and Hypebeast.

Akki has collaborated with big names like Samsung, Nike, Adidas, and Puma, showcasing a unique blend of artistry and bold silhouettes. Their work has been worn by global artists and celebrities.

Prior to AKKI®, Akki was part of Foot Locker North America's collaboration team 'Concepts' and 'Project Greenhouse', working on numerous apparel and footwear collaborations with brands like Nike, Adidas, and New Balance.

Akki's career spans roles at Foot Locker, Victoria's Secret Pink, Daniel Wellington, Delta Galil Industries, and fashion internships at Jill Stuart International, and Vivienne Hu LLC, showcasing a diverse and rich background in the fashion industry.
