Akhil Pawar is a current MBA student at the London Business School and a recipient of the prestigious BK Birla Scholarship for being among the top 10 students in the MBA class.

Previously, Akhil worked as a Project Manager in the World Economic Forum's Global Alliance for Social Entrepreneurs, demonstrating a keen interest in social impact and investment.

With over six years of experience in global impact investing and investment banking, Akhil has been involved in various sell-side and buy-side deals, as well as advising on innovative investment projects.

Passionate about adapting capital markets for the impact economy, Akhil aims to support high-impact social enterprises in achieving sustainability and scale. His interests range from impact investing and banking regulation to macroeconomics and photography.

Akhil's educational background includes studying at institutions like Patkar College, London Business School, NYU Stern School of Business, and Birla Institute of Technology and Science. He completed his MSc. in Economics and B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

Throughout his career, Akhil has held roles at organizations like Powered by People, Roots of Impact, Collington Capital LLP, Yunus Social Business, Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, and JPMorgan Chase & Co., gaining diverse experiences in fintech consultation, project management, investment analysis, and banking.
