Akeem James

Akeem James, a dedicated individual born in Trinidad and Tobago, moved to the United States in 2001. At the age of 16, he embraced Christianity and aspired to be a beacon of faith. Initially sharing his beliefs with classmates, neighbors, and strangers, this early outreach sparked his desire to become a Seventh-day Adventist pastor.

Akeem pursued his passion by completing a Bachelor of Arts in Theology/Theological Studies at Washington Adventist University in 2013. During this time, he founded a non-profit ministry focused on guiding individuals in the community towards faith, utilizing small groups and a strong social media presence to spread the message of Jesus.

Continuing his academic journey, Akeem is on the verge of completing his Master of Divinity program at Andrews University. His diverse experiences include serving as a student pastor, evangelism coordinator, club president, preacher, colporteur, and educator in Sabbath school roles. Akeem is deeply committed to evangelism, constantly engaging in personal Bible studies to touch lives through the power of the gospel.
