Lead the product and tech team towards launching key features, promotional games and improving key metrics by almost two folds at CouponDunia.
- Affiliate tracking services: Automation of validation process which was done manually earlier. A lot of error-prone methods were eliminated and the time taken to validate a user's transaction was reduced.
- User Experience and Communication: Revamped the complete design for mobile web and app with recommendations and top stores included based on the user's behaviour. Introduced user segmentations so that communications can be made specific to the interest of the audience set.
- White labelled & Public API solutions: Improved the interface and API queries used by clients like Vodafone and HDFC and helped the clients with solutions that would suit their audience. 
- Marketing services: Introduced changes to the marketing services system in the backend which removed multiple marketing restrictions.
- Reporting: Manage and designed reports required by the product team and other stakeholders
- New initiatives - scratch card, trivia games, etc.

I had the opportunity to conceptualize and build India's biggest platform for independent artists to monetize their work through lifestyle products. I started paintcollar as its Managing Director and later on stepped down to fill in the role of a CTO/CPO. With a primary focus on our user's experience, technology and user retention, I was able to contribute towards the inception and growth of our B2C as well as B2B vertical.

Paintcollar was the only YouTube approved merchandising partner in India and provided a SaaS and operational solution for brands to start and manage their e-commerce vertical. It was named in the 20 Hottest Tech Startups of 2014 by Exhibit magazine. We were also a part of a small group of startups selected by Google for the Google Startup Bootcamp in 2015

As a part of the Datacenter team, I managed and improved the supply chain for PAN India projects. We introduced and built the very first modular datacenter in India. My roles involved managing and deciding vendors for all projects, looking after on time delivery of all services, identify any possible problems with all projects and  take necessary steps to avoid/resolve it.

Performed a supply chain analysis and made model for the production systems of various byproducts of groundnut.

Worked with the state government for the implementation of two major projects namely - 
1)  SCOPE (Society for Creation of Opportunity through Proficiency in English)
2) Soil Health Card Program
Performed analysis on the existing implementation and helped improve the strategy for achieving Gujrat's golden jubilee targets.
