He has extensive experience in strategic management consultancy in diverse cultural settings, having worked with clients in various industries across Southeast Asia such as government agencies, SME banking, automotive dealership, and shipping.

Akarin Phureesitr has a proven track record in HR management and development, having held senior HR positions at one of Thailand's largest retail groups and as the head of HR at a prominent Thai financial institution.

His personal expertise lies in people development, encompassing areas like talent management, succession planning, training and development management, and organization development.

Akarin Phureesitr's educational background includes a Certificat De Cuisine De Base from Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School, an MBA (Honors) from Wharton School, an M.Eng. from the University of Michigan, and a B.Eng. from Chulalongkorn Mahawitthayalai.

Currently, Akarin Phureesitr holds the position of Head of People Group at Central Pattana (CPN), where he continues to contribute his expertise in people development and strategic management.
