Client Relationship Manager/Account Manager – Infosys 
Account Manager and business partner for IT and software solutions to help you get your products and initiatives to the market faster, enhance and maintain your enterprise applications, help you cut costs and provide business intelligence to focus on your core business.
Management, fulfillment and reporting of day-to-day staffing requests from major client & handling entire e2e recruiting process starting from identifying the requirement, job postings, requirement assignments, sourcing resumes (if required) etc.. & Post Selection Activities.
Communicating with the project managers on daily basis to fulfill their requirements and delivering the best possible result. 
Management of team of recruiters located on-site and offshore
Effectively balance multiple high-priority assignments
Staff projects with appropriate resources promptly and accurately, Assist with recruiting as necessary
Strategize with teammates to accomplish goals and targets
Build strong partnership/network relationships across the business unit to provide the highest levels of customer service
Communicate regularly and effectively with the sales team to understand the needs of their clients and close open positions

Client Services Account Manager- Recruitment

Working as Sr. HR Talent Acquisition in US staffing company for direct client like Microsoft, Google, Apollo Global, Capital One, ADP Services, Abbott Lab, Citadel Investments and many other. 
Working closely with Business Leaders to understand hiring and staffing needs.
Assigning Requirements to team members
Performing team Management and Mentoring new comers with technologies as well as processes
Taking care of entire Recruitment life cycle starting from getting requirements, closing the position as well as Salary negotiation with candidates , and follow up till and after the joining.
 Responsible for full life cycle recruitment (sourcing, evaluating/qualifying candidates, scheduling candidates for interviews, negotiating compensation, finalizing offer & on-boarding candidates)
Handled End to End Recruitment activities for Contractual and permanent hiring for Core IT requirement.
Sourcing, screening and short listing the profiles and scheduling for the interview (with Client Company).
Arranging telephonic and face to face interviews to the short listed candidates and excel sheet reports will be submitted to the concern client.
Regular follow up with shortlisted candidates about the job and new candidates regarding Interviews & relevant Openings
