Ajay Mehta currently serves as the Executive Director at Trident Global FZE, a renowned global investment and trade company based in the United Arab Emirates.3 In this role, he is responsible for facilitating the trading of minerals, precious commodities, coffee, cacao beans, copper, iron ore, coal, and petroleum products from the Russian Federation.3

Prior to his current position, Mehta worked as the CEO and Co-Founder of em4, a social enterprise in the UK that strengthens the capacities and capabilities of funders, investors, and their grantees globally to achieve greater sustainability and social impact.12 He is also the founder of Ki-Rin, another social enterprise that engages with leaders in the social impact sector to increase their personal impact.1

Mehta holds a BSc degree in Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire and an MBA from Kingston University.1 He has significant experience in the voluntary, health, and social care sectors, supporting the growth and sustainability of civil society organizations.2

In addition to his professional roles, Mehta has held non-executive director positions with national and international charities, the UK's National Health Service, and headed up a charitable foundation with investments to develop the health economy in sub-Saharan Africa.2
