Ajay Kumar

Ajay Kumar is a seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of experience leading global IT strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise-wide technology initiatives for Fortune 10 and mid-size companies. He is known for his expertise in business applications, enterprise architecture, data analytics, infrastructure, and AI-powered platform/product development. Ajay holds an MBA from Arizona State University, and has completed leadership and technology innovation programs at San Diego State University and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Throughout his career, Ajay has successfully developed AI-powered digital platforms and products using cloud-native technologies, low-code BPM, AI, ML, IIoT, and RPA. He has a strong track record of improving customer experience, reducing costs, and automating business processes through process standardization and AI/ML/RPA automation.

Prior to his current role at Redflex as CIO, Ajay served as Senior Global Director of IT at Avnet, Inc. and held various senior IT roles at Xerox, Fujitsu Americas, and Tata Consultancy Services. He has also served as an Advisory Board Member at the Arizona IT Symposium.

In addition to his experience in IT governance, IT-business relationship management, and CRM and ERP implementations, Ajay is skilled in strategic vendor and partner management, M&A integrations, and cybersecurity risk management.
