She is the Founder of Frontier Markets and has held key positions at notable organizations like Ujjivan Financial Services and Swayam Krishi Sangam (SKS). Ajaita has consulted for prestigious entities such as CGAP, Mastercard Foundation, and the World Bank on microfinance in South Asia.
Ajaita Shah's interests revolve around supply chain management, distribution channels, social enterprises, impact investments, scaling pilots, energy, healthcare, microfinance, women empowerment, impact discussions, enhancing efficiency, and supporting fellow entrepreneurs. Her goal is to establish a sustainable and profitable supply channel for low-income households globally, offering access to social impact products and services at affordable prices without compromising quality.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and Affairs from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
