Aja Shamblee is a seasoned multidisciplinary designer, with a background in game design. She is a graduate of Ohio University, where she studied digital communication and multimedia. Her experiences in animation, gaming, motion graphics, and UI/UX have enabled her to create excellent products. She is currently the Senior User Experience Designer at GitHub, taking the lead on user experience and interface designs across various platforms. Her passion for fostering diverse, cross-discipline collaboration from discovery to launch is notable. Before joining GitHub, she had worked as a Senior UX Designer at InVision, a Design Lead at Rightpoint, Senior Art Director (freelance) at Walgreens and other roles in several companies.
