Aja Hammerly

Aja Hammerly is currently the Director of DevX AI at Google, a position she recently transitioned into as of September 2024. Aja has a rich background in software development and advocacy. She began her career as a Software Design Engineer in Test at Expedia and later worked at DreamBox Learning, where she contributed to adaptive educational software. Her experience also includes roles at Substantial and as a Staff Developer Advocate at Google, where she focused on raising awareness for the Google Cloud Platform and its various APIs.13
