AJ Scherbring is a seasoned Creative Director with a diverse background spanning over 17 years in Creative Direction, content/strategy, and copywriting. With a strong focus on creating meaningful connections between brands and consumers, AJ excels at putting people at the core of his innovative approach.

AJ's expertise covers a wide range of areas including Brand creative, Web/App development, Partnerships, Experiential marketing, Product Development, Social media strategy, Content Strategy, Production management, and CRM/1:1 strategies. His work revolves around building disruptive experiences and immersive engagements that resonate with audiences, driven by collaborative thinking, simplicity, and trust.

Having pursued a BA in Advertising, Strategic Communication, and Psychology at the University of Minnesota, AJ further honed his skills through specialized studies in Copywriting at Miami Ad School-Minneapolis. Throughout his career, AJ has held key roles in renowned organizations like Target, Periscope, Mirum Agency, Digitaria (now part of Mirum Agency), and OLSON. He has also contributed as an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and as an Instructor at Miami Ad School.
