Aislinn Reid

Aislinn Reid is a Counsel in the Osler litigation group with a specialization in health advocacy, civil, and commercial litigation.

In her health advocacy practice, Aislinn works closely with Osler's Health Industry Group, representing hospital and health industry clients in various proceedings and aiding regulated health professionals with licensing and disciplinary issues.

She also handles employment-related litigation for employers, particularly focusing on cases of wrongful dismissal.

Aislinn's expertise in commercial litigation lies in dealing with complex contractual disputes and franchise litigation.

She has a broad range of experience appearing before courts in Ontario, as well as before administrative and statutory tribunals.

A dedicated volunteer, Aislinn serves as duty counsel with Pro Bono Ontario, providing assistance to self-represented civil litigants.

Her journey with Osler began as a summer student in 2007, followed by articling with the firm in 2008-2009. During her articling year, she ventured on a secondment at the Enforcement Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission.

From 2016 to 2019, Aislinn held the position of Associate Lead within the Osler Women Lawyers Network.
